Six Lewes RFC U16 Lionesses play for Sussex against Essex

Sunday 12th April saw Sussex RFU U16s host two teams from Essex RFU with the games being played at Haywards Heath RFC.

Lewes RFC were represented by six very talented players:  C Bains, A Bellwood, L McEntee, L Parker-Phillipson, E Redshaw and E Soracchi.

Split into Sussex Blue and Sussex White, against an Essex A and Essex B, the honours were even with both counties registering one win a piece.

Well done to all six players as they build up to an exciting season finale over the next two Sunday’s with a potential county championship match and some silverware on offer in the Sussex Cup competition.
